They come in all shapes, sizes, and abilities. 

Body Blocks are designed to capture the essence of diverse body types, encouraging curiosity, creativity, and an appreciation for difference. Their simple, tactile forms feel familiar, yet each piece subtly reflects the human form. 

By stacking, flipping, and combining the blocks, new characters emerge—offering an open-ended, playful way to explore the many shapes a body can take. Body Blocks are designed for children and adults.

  • Body Blocks are composed of 18 wooden stacking blocks in various shapes, colors, and sizes, including x6 Heads, x6 Torsos, x6 Bottoms each thoughtfully designed to evoke the human form.

  • Made from PEFC-certified solid beech wood. Every block is hand-stained with organic, non-toxic milk paint and finished with a water-based sealant, ensuring a smooth and safe touch.

  • Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth.

Meet the Designer

Davina Atallah's work centers on a subtle approach to form and material. She explores human diversity through objects that encourage open-ended play and appreciation of one's unique self and the world around them. Drawn to the balance between simplicity and depth, she works with familiar forms—like building blocks—that gently challenge perceptions without imposing meaning. She works with natural materials—wood, paper, and textiles—chosen for their warmth, sustainability, and timeless tactile qualities.
