Returns & Refunds

Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation, and suitable for resale. Please include the order number with your return.
As the recipient, you are liable to cover the return shipping costs. We only accept returns shipped via DHL to our warehouse in Beirut.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue and follow up accordingly.

Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange, please return the item and place a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
