Shipping Carriers:
We utilize various carriers for delivery, which can be identified through package tracking.
Delivery within Lebanon
For local deliveries, we work with local last mile delivery providers including but not limited to Wakilni. The rate for these providers is primarily flat rate across Lebanon but may vary from time to time.
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 working days.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide with DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the volumetric weight of your order. Once your order is submitted, the total includes both shipping and the cost of the selected items.
Estimated delivery times:
2 to 5 days to West Asia and North Africa
5 to 7 days to Europe and the rest of Asia
7 to 10 days to the Americas and Australia
Important Shipping Details
Order Processing:
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
We do not offer same-day shipping.
Please allow 2 to 8 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.
Multiple Deliveries:
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.
Customs and Import Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes in the destination country. Such processes may cause delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for any such delays, additional costs, or consequences arising from customs procedures.
We would like to clarify that product prices shown on the website do not include taxes or duties outside Lebanon. As the recipient, you are liable for any import duties, customs charges, or local sales taxes applied by the country you are shipping to.
These fees must be paid to release your order from customs. Since we cannot estimate these charges, they are not included in invoices issued from our website.
Order Cancelations or Delays
If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please email us at sales@househumbaba.com, with your order number and the subject line: “Cancellation Order #”.
If your order is delayed or cancelled for any reason, including stock availability or payment issues, we will notify you by email.
Tracking and Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number.
For any delivery or tracking issues, please contact the shipping company first. Carriers may occasionally mark a shipment as delivered before it has arrived. They may also need additional information to complete the delivery.

Carrier Liability and Delays
We are not responsible for any delays, losses, damages, or failures caused by the shipping carriers. Any compensation or indemnification for such issues will be strictly limited to the amount recoverable from the carrier under its own policies, and we shall have no further liability in this regard.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to shipping, delivery, or non-delivery of an order shall in no event exceed the refund of the purchase price actually paid for the product(s) in question. We shall have no obligation to refund any shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or other incidental costs, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.
